やっと、やっと見つけた

it all happened in a second. at the far corner of my eye, i see something i've always been looking so desperately for in the past. but i turned away right after that one second, because it's not what i'm looking for anymore. sometimes things are just so strange. the more we want it, the more we want to see it, the more we don't get to have it. but if we take things naturally, they just come to you one day. and by the time they do, we realise it's not what we want anymore. and then we chide ourselves, for being so silly and immature in the past, for not noticing the whole big picture, for not spending our efforts on things that are much more important.

i guess that's how people move on.
